Murray Family Award
At the risk of being repetitive I had to brag again. In addition to winning second place in the color category, my photo "Mirror Image" also was the recipient of the Murray Family Award, a cash prize for the outstanding photograph submitted as a first time entrant to the Elden Murray Photography Competition, sponsored by the Howe Library in Hanover, NH.
Siblings
My nephew Adam and my niece Catherine stopped by tonight. I wanted to snap a photo of the two hugging -- no easy task, until this.
Mirror Image
I found out yesterday that my photo "Mirror Image" took second place in the color category of 
the Elden Murray competition in Hanover, NH. This yearly event is sponsored by the Howe Library in Hanover and curated by the Upper Valley Camera Club. The photographs are on dispaly for a month in the Ledyard Gallery of the Howe Library.

Captured this pic in Wilmington, Vt. It was a favorite at my photography class tonight. I think the shadow cast from the nearby statue makes the shot. I was excited to snap this one.
